The free controls self-check and intake scorecard run in your browser. Its answers are not submitted to Every AI LLC.

Full-intake answers also stay in the page until you select “Send enquiry”. With your consent, that action sends your contact details and answers to Every AI LLC through Cloudflare and stores them in a private Cloudflare D1 database for enquiry review and follow-up. Only authorized account operators can retrieve submissions; there is no public enquiry lookup.

This form does not send your answers to an AI model, subscribe you to marketing, book a meeting or take payment. No advertising analytics are included in this app. Hosting infrastructure may process connection metadata.

Provide your own business contact details only. Do not include client records, credentials, special-category personal data or confidential documents. Refreshing the page clears unsent answers; a successful submission displays a reference to retain.

You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting Every AI LLC at support@everyai.llc and quoting that reference. Do not put sensitive details in the reference.
